It was more than 40 years ago, in 1972, when Juanita Crespo rented for the first time two family houses in Dénia.

At a time when many people did not have their own vehicle, when there was no mobile phone and when the most important thing was the face to face, Juanita laid the first stone of what is today Family Homes, a family business currently managed by Patricia Buigues, the third generation.

Today Juanita would be called an entrepreneur, but then, she was a determined woman whose sole aim was to make her guests feel as if they were in her own home.

It is the same philosophy that drove Juanita that today defines the success of Family Homes. Patricia has inherited that direct and personal relationship with all customers, always attentive to their needs. We are not a real estate agency, we are a family business that takes care of the properties down to the smallest detail. We like to travel and feel at home wherever we are, and that is what we want to transmit to our guests.

We offer villas and flats in Dénia, Jávea (Costa Blanca) and Alcalá de la Selva – Virgen de la Vega (Teruel).
