Description
Fantastic villa of 230 m2 with capacity for 8-10 people in Denia in a very quiet area with sea views. The villa has all the comforts to enjoy a luxury holiday.
Inside the house there is a spacious living room with A/C, underfloor heating, flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace. Dining room with capacity for 6 people, very luminous. Open views to Denia and the sea. Independent kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and all the small electrical appliances.
It has five double rooms, three with double beds and two with single beds. All with mosquito nets and one of them with dressing room. A/C in three bedrooms and fans in the rest. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with shower and toilet.
Outside the house we can enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner in a covered or uncovered terrace with awning and barbecue. It has a private swimming pool and outdoor shower with hot water. Large sunbathing area next to the pool with 6 sun loungers, with direct open views of the Montgó mountain and the sea, a real treat for the eyes.
Beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation completely fenced. Automatic entrance gate. Private covered parking for 2 vehicles.
1 km from all services and the centre. Only 2 km from the sandy beach.
This is an ideal villa for a relaxing family holiday, couples, family with children.
