End-of-stay cleaning: €80 per stay, to be added to the rental price.
Electricity and water usage will be billed separately during the off-season (November through May, both months included).
Excessive electricity usage will incur an additional charge during peak season.
To make a reservation:
40% via bank transfer or credit card.
60% + deposit via bank transfer or credit card.
€200 security deposit. Refundable up to 5 days after checkout.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Up to 61 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid to confirm the reservation, minus a 10% processing fee.
Between 60 and 46 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid to confirm the reservation, minus a 10% processing fee.
From 45 days before check-in: 0% refund of the total rental and booking fees. If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the rental.
