Villa Limonero is a beautiful south facing detached villa of 230m2 of living space and 1500m2 of plot. It has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in a very quiet residential area in a dead end street with no traffic.
Features include a 10m x 5m private swimming pool with terrace, landscaped gardens with shrubs, lemon and orange trees and an outdoor dining area with gas barbecue. There is parking space for at least 3 cars within the fully fenced plot. The illuminated swimming pool has Roman steps and a large sunbathing area. The pool area is very sunny all day long.
The covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. The house is divided into two floors. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with two single beds. All of them are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom is located on the top floor with ensuite bathroom and enjoys the privacy of the first floor complete with a terrace for sipping an evening cocktail while appreciating the spectacular views of the Montgó mountains and the surrounding valley.

This is an ideal villa for a relaxing family holiday or is perfect for two or three couples. The historic centre of Jávea is a five-minute drive away. The beach is exactly ten minutes away by car.
